About Us

Storied ever after.

Honor and celebrate life in a setting fit for remembering legends.

As a fourth-generation, family-owned firm, Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory has a long tradition of serving Northwest Arkansas. We have remained committed to providing compassionate care for your family with honesty, integrity, and professionalism that only generations of service can cultivate.  Established by our great-grandfather, Bruce Brashears in 1934 we continue to be firmly rooted in the community as an independent, locally owned, family-run business.  In addition to caring for friends and neighbors for decades, our staff resides in our community where they are leaders and active members of numerous organizations including the Masonic Lodge, Kiwanis, Booster Club, volunteer fire department, and churches.

We are well-versed in providing a wide range of services that meet all budgets, including traditional funerals, graveside services, and memorial services.  We work with all branches of the U.S. armed services to ensure every veteran's service properly honors his or her legacy of service and commitment.

We proudly hold Crematory License #1 in the State of Arkansas, and are the only funeral home in the county that operates a crematory onsite, inside our secure and dedicated facility.  Our families have peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are in our continuous care.  We never send loved ones to a third-party mortuary for cremation, and we handle the process with dignity and professionalism.

The Brashears family, along with our team of hand-selected professionals, continues to work diligently to meet our mission of providing the highest quality funeral services as you seek to honor the life of your loved one with compassion and integrity, just as we have since 1934.
