Reta Todd

Reta Louise Todd, 79, of Rogers; passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale. She was born Monday, June 16, 1947, at Mt. Vernon, Missouri; to Benjamin Franklin and Dortha Almeta Miller Alley. Reta married Freddie Andrew Todd on Saturday, July 31, 1965, in Harrison, and together they shared a beautiful life and raised three children. She worked for many years as a press operator at Daisy Manufacturing and was a member of Green Forest Cowboy Church. Reta was a hardworking and caring woman whose kindness and selflessness touched the lives of many. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished her family and always put their needs before her own. She found joy in the simple things, especially gardening, cooking, and making sure everyone around her was well fed and cared for. Her love, generosity, and warm spirit will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her. Reta was preceded in death by one daughter, Brenda Burson; her parents, Benjamin and Dortha Alley; one brother, Raymond Alley, and two sisters, Beatrice Guess and Freta Dyke. She is survived by her husband, Freddie Todd, of the home; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Patty and Jerry Whittmore, of Springdale; and Teresa Pharris and Bobby Edmonds, of Rogers; eight grandchildren, Shara Davis, Zachary Monroe, Cody Pharris, Sydnie Uhl, Justin Whittmore, Jerrica Williams, Jeron Whittmore, and John Whittmore; and 14 great-grandchildren. Reta is also survived by one brother, Dennie Alley, of Rogers; and her mother-in-law, Delores Todd. The family will receive friends 9:00 AM-10:00 AM, Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM, with Doug Blevins officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeron Whittmore, Justin Whittmore, John Whittmore, Cody Pharris, Nicholas Uhl, and Donnie Todd. Honorary pallbearer will be Allen Todd. Interment will immediately follow services at Clifty Cemetery. Family and friends are warmly invited to join together for a meal and fellowship following the interment at the Clifty Fire Department. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
