Mamie Elizabeth Davidson, 86, of Hindsville, Arkansas, died October 10, 2016 at Countryside Assisted Living in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was born April 8, 1930 at Rogers, Arkansas, the daughter of Albert and Essie Webb Davidson. She had retired from Tyson's Foods and enjoyed doing crafts, putting puzzles together and spending time with family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son-in-law, Larry Griggs and her sister, Mildred Richardson.Survivors include: her daughter, Judy Griggs of Hindsville, Arkansas; one brother, Leon Davidson of Hindsville, Arkansas; three sisters, Lucy Pyles of Rogers, Arkansas, Dorthy Richey and June Maze, both of Springdale, Arkansas; three granddaughters and two grandsons-in-law, Teresa and Roy McCoy of Granbury, Texas, Lesia Hutter of Hindsville, Arkansas and Janet and Jerry Houy of Pea Ridge, Arkansas; three great-grandsons; four great-granddaughters; two great-great-grandsons and two great-great-granddaughters.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P. M. Thursday, October 13, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Terry Easterling officiating. Interment will be in the Gobbler Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Justin McCoy, Darren McCoy, Casey Brandenburg, Thomas Maze, Kenny Richey and Donald Davidson. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A. M. to 1:00 P. M. prior to services.
