James Wade Cornelison, 78, of Hindsville, Arkansas, died June 17, 2010 at his home. He was born August 15, 1931 at Hindsville, Arkansas, the son of Joseph Jackson and Mary Elender Vanderpool Cornelison. He was a farmer and had retired from Jones Truck Lines and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the United States Army. He was a Christian and a member of Local #823, International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Balem Curtis Cornelison and Floyd Jackson Cornelison and by three sisters, Margaret Mae Ballard, Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Evans and Buelah Florence Evans. Survivors include: four sons and daughters-in-law, James Floyd and Debbie Jean Cornelison of Lowell, Arkansas, Jerry Loyd and Annette Marie Cornelison, Jeffrey Lynn and Cindy Marie Cornelison and Johnny Scott and Tina Lynn Cornelison, all of Hindsville, Arkansas; three brothers, Joseph Jackson Cornelison of Hindsville, Arkansas, John Gilbert Cornelison of Springdale, Arkansas and Arthur Daniel Cornelison of Lowell, Arkansas; five sisters, Eutha Fern Cornelison of Hindsville, Arkansas, Pansy Marcel Jones of Nob Hill, Arkansas, Nellie Annie Miller of Missouri, Dorothea Kay Tate and Phyllis Pearl Penick, both of Rogers, Arkansas; sixteen grandchildren and spouses, James and Rhonda Cornelison, Jeb Cornelison, Keith Cornelison, Kyle Cornelison, Alex Cornelison, Joseph Cornelison, and Addie Cornelison, all of Hindsville, Arkansas; Jonathon Cornelison of Huntsville, Arkansas, Jerod and Whitney Cornelison and Jana and Josh Robinson, all of Springdale, Arkansas, Jeany Cornelison of Lowell, Arkansas and Jody and John Garrett Whiteside of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and four great-grandchildren, Hunter Cornelison and Guner Cornelison, both of Hindsville, Arkansas and Luke Cornelison and Kailynn Cornelison, both of Springdale, Arkansas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, June 21, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverends Eldon Bagwell and Danny Williams officiating. Interment will be in the Colbaugh Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Rick Evans, Ron Evans, Ran Evans, Gene Evans, Doug Tate and Steven Cornelison. Honorary pallbearers will be: Frankie Fitch, Norman Cherry, Granvil Evans, Gerald Tate, Floyd Collins, Junior Mounce and his grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 3:00 P. M. to 5:00 P.
