Jason's Obituary
Staff Sargent Jason Clark Varner, 41, of Fort Lewis, Washington; died Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at Fort Lewis. He was born Saturday, June 17, 1978, at Fullerton, California; to the late Jonathan Emmeterio and Laura Varner Bailey.
Jason was a graduate of Newport Beach High School, was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was serving his country as a member of the United States Army stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington.
Jason was predeceased by his father. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Laura and James Bailey of Springdale; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Jennifer Lenzini of Phoenix, Arizona; and Emily and Jim Rosell of Indio, California.
The family will receive friends 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, Thursday, August 8, 2019, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Friday, August 9, 2019, at Brashears Funeral Home with Bishop Sedrick officiating. Interment will be 2:00 PM, at Fayetteville National Cemetery with full military honors by the United States Army. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
