Wilson Stallard Clark, 78, of Japton; died Thursday, July 15, 2021, at home. He was born Tuesday, March 23, 1943, at Japton; to Heagin Lee and Ola Marie Eubanks Clark. Wilson married Darlene Rogers Clark on April 5, 1969, at Johnson; and together they were parents to two sons. He was a metal fabricator and served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam war where he was awarded two purple hearts and two bronze stars. Wilson loved to play guitar and hunt arrowheads. Wilson was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Darlene Clark; and three brothers, Johnny Clark, Woodrow Clark, and Larry Clark. He is survived by his two sons and daughter-in-law, Dexter Clark; and Jason and Diana Clark, all of Japton; three grandchildren, Dakota Clark, Hunter and Gabriela Clark, and Madison Green; two sisters, Veda Edens and Catherine Lawson; and two brothers, Lonnie Clark and Danny Clark.. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Groseclos Cemetery with Jeff Thomas officiating. Pallbearers will be Tim Wheeler, Danny Bouse, Jason Clark, and Loren Clark. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
