William Lee Love, 62, of Huntsville, passed away at home. He was born February 29, 1956 in Chicago, IL; to James and Margaret Thomas Love. He was a retired truck driver and loved to cook. Bill enjoyed spending time with friends, going to the lake, reading, and being Santa at multiple Christmas parties. He had a heart of gold and will always be remembered for his wide grin and big belly laugh. He will be missed, but never forgotten.Bill was predeceased by his parents; and survived by his two brothers, Richard Love of Huntsville; and Jim Love of Forum. He is also survived by a multitude of friends that he considered family.The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at Brashears Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2018 in the Bruce Brashears Memorial Chapel with Alex Foster officiating. Pallbearers will be James Myers, Jon White, Samuel Fowler, Jr., Roger Hawkins, Byron Fowler, Zack Hawkins, Charlie Wall, and Carl Martin. Honorary pallbearers will be Adam Steenken, Jax Fowler, Waylon White, Oden Fowler, Brett White, Vaudrey Fowler, and Samuel Fowler III. Interment will immediately follow the service at Big Sandy Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
