Opal Louisi Glenn, 91, of Asher, Arkansas died November 15, 2015 at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab at Huntsville. She was born June 10, 1924 at Pinnacle, Arkansas the daughter of Virgil Roscoe and Molly Louisi Wheeler Davenport. She was a member of the Wesley Church of Christ and a poultry farmer and homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Glenn on August 28, 1988, on son, Ray Glenn, one daughter, Lola Markham, two grandsons, Scott Glenn and Jason Glenn, six brothers, Raymond Davenport, Harvey Davenport, Otis Davenport, Hayden Davenport, Albert Davenport and Truman Davenport and two sisters, Ivy Gardner and Lucy Wideman. Survivors include: four sons and three daughters-in-law, Roy and Ethel Glenn of Hindsville, Arkansas, Charles Glenn of Asher, Arkansas, Leon and Daisy Glenn of Farmington, Arkansas, and Chester and Marsha Glenn of West Fork, Arkansas; one brother, Tom Davenport of Round Mountain, Arkansas; two sisters, Mary McChristian of Blackwell, Oklahoma and Gennie Bell Kory of Rancho Cucamonga, California; sixteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 21 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Leon Glenn and Regan Glenn, Minsters officiating, Interment will be in the Wesley Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net at Huntsville. Pallbearers will be: Dewayne Glenn, Ben Glenn, Shannon Glenn, Steve Watkins, Trason Glenn, Tim Samuels, Todd Samuels and Tracy Samuels. Honorary pallbearers will be: Devin Glenn, Howard Glenn, Arlin Glenn and Harold Hendrickson. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home with the family present.
