Hope Darlene Elliott, 72, of Huntsville, Arkansas, died January 2, 2012 at Granby House in Granby, Missouri. She was born November 6, 1939 at Illmo, Missouri, the daughter of Gilbert Leo and Ruby Elizabeth Will Blattel. She was a homemaker and attended the Huntsville Free Will Baptist Church. She was the widow of Troy Walter Elliott, whom she married on October 28, 1961 at Doniphan, Missoui and who preceded her in death on April 13, 1994. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Darrell Wayne Blattel. Survivors include: three sons and two daughters-in-law, Troy Elliott, Jr. and Barbara Elliott of Mayflower, Arkansas, Steven Elliott of Elm Springs, Arkansas and Donald and Deborah Elliott of Green Forest, Arkansas; three daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Steve Clark of Stark City, Missouri, Karen Layson and Dan Flannery of Huntsville, Arkansas and Diane and Justin Golden of Stiatook, Oklahoma; one brother, Charles Blattel of Scott City, Missouri; one sister, Gloria Arnold of Scott City, Missouri; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Wednesday, January 4, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with The Reverend Charlie Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Steve Clark, Justin Golden, Dan Flannery, Ed Hilton, Jackie Elliott and Vester Rush. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
