    Hattie Cleaetta Maggard

    August 23, 1941 - September 15, 2015

    Hattie C. (Cleaetta) Maggard, 74, of Haubstadt, IN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, at her residence. She was born on August 23, 1941 in Hindsville, Arkansas, to the late Levi Henderson and Amy (Calico) Bragg. She was a member of the Fort Branch VFW Post #2714 Women's Aux., and was of the Baptist faith. Besides her parents, Cleaetta is also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters, Charles, James, and Homer Bragg, Anna Lee Morris, and Buelah Mae Vanderpool. She is survived by her husband, Henry Maggard of Haubstadt, Indiana, 4 children, Hank Maggard of Evansville, IN, Brenda Marie Trail of Fort Branch, Indiana, Brian J. Maggard of Evansville, Indiana, and Sandra Lucille Hicks of Fort Branch, Indiana, 6 brothers and sisters, Phyllis Woods of Las Vegas, Nevada, Betty Williams of Springdale, Arkansas, Emma Badgley of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Lillie Guthrie of Huntsville, Arkansas, Isaac Truman Bragg of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Loy Dean Bragg of Parthenon, Arkansas. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 2:00 P. M. in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Larry Combs, Minister Officiating. Interment will be in Venus Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Arkansas on Monday. The family request that donations be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock Arkansas.
