Charles Blaine Philllips, 76, of Purdy, Arkansas, died July 25, 2015 at his home. He was born May 4, 1939 at Purdy, Arkansas, the son of Thomas and Claudia Monholland Phillips. He was a retired fireman for Potlatch Corporation and a member of Kingston Lodge #116, Independent Order of Odd Fellows. He was preceded in death by one son, Billy Phillips. Survivors include: his wife, Delores Moore Phillips of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Charles B. Phillips, Jr. and Maryjane Phillips of Rogers, Arkansas, Carl and Michele Phillips of Clarkston, Washington and Earl Phillips of Purdy, Arkansas; one daughter, Dee Phillips of Branson, Missouri; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Monday, August 3, at the Upper Campground Cemetery near Kingston, Arkansas with The Reverend Glen Faulkner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Fred Bradshaw, Carroll Caldwell, William Caldwell, Mike Eastwood, Terry Keys and Roy Dale Reynolds. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P. M. to 4:00 P.
