Brent Holly Holland, 40, of Drakes Creek, Arkansas, passed away August 24, 2014 at Drakes Creek, Arkansas. He was born March 8, 1974 at Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was a carpenter by trade and helped build numerous homes in Northwest Arkansas. He was a Baptist and loved hunting, fishing, four wheeling and anything outdoors. Survivors include: his wife, Amanda Holland of the home; three sons, Brett Davidson and Brian Treat of Huntsville, Arkansas and Briar Garrett of Wesley, Arkansas; five daughters, Shelbi Davidson, Dani Treat and Madison Holland, all of Huntsville, Arkansas and McKinzey Ponder and McKalah Ponder of Lowell, Arkansas; his parents, Vickie and Jim Duncan of Wesley, Arkansas and Donnie Holland of Witter, Arkansas; two brothers, Jeremy Duncan of Houston, Texas and Clint Holland of Berryville, Arkansas; one sister, Jamie Jackson of Dallas, Texas; his maternal grandparents, Earl and Othenia Burkes of Huntsville, Arkansas; his paternal grandparents, Alvie and Margaret Johnson of Pettigrew, Arkansas; one grandson, Brance Treat of Huntsville, Arkansas and a host of relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Saturday, August 30, at the Drakes Creek Cemetery with The Elder John Napier officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be: Harlin Houston, Carl Sloan, Brent Tillery, Odell Treat, Jerry Treat and Daniel Davidson. Honorary pallbearer will be Rick Smith.
