Alga Lee Ditmore, 89, of Forum, died November 11, 2018 at home. He was born April 4, 1929, in Pampa, Texas, to Fred and Mattie Robinson Ditmore. Alga married Muriel Ham in 1951, they were married for 64 years and were the parents of three children. He courageously served his country as a member of the United States Air Force where he retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in 1971.Alga was predeceased by his wife, Muriel; his grandson, Matthew Campbell; his brothers, John Ditmore and Eugene Ditmore; and son-in-law, Lindell Jameson. He is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Kathy and Joseph Campbell of Benton, and Kim Jameson of Forum; one son and partner, Randall Ditmore and Vechil Echols of Cleora, Oklahoma; one brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Kay Ditmore of Tyler, Texas; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Juanita and Clifford Miller of Forum, Fredina and Riley Collins of Springdale, and Margie and Buck Ham of Forum; grandsons and granddaughters-in-law, Craig and Dana Campbell of Whitewright, Texas, Eric and Sarah Jameson of Jenks, Oklahoma; and granddaughters and grandson-in-law, Erin Morin of Forum; and Cristin and Boyd Goodner of Benton; and great-grandchildren, Blane Morin, Addison Morin, Gray Goodner, Elliott Goodner, Hannah Jameson, and Jax Jameson.Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM, November 13, 2018, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, November 14, 2018, at the Forum Church of Christ with Larry Combs officiating. Pallbearers will be Clifford Miller, Buck Ham, Clint Ham, Craig Campbell, Eric Jameson, and Boyd Goodner. Honorary pallbearers will be Blane Morin, Robert Walden, Riley Collins, Joe Campbell, Ronnie Villines, Steve Ditmore, Kerry Marshall, and Leo Stroud. Burial will immediately follow services at Marshall Cemetery. Services are entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.
