Rema Marie Perkins

Rema Marie Perkins, 82, of Combs, Arkansas died January 24 at Washington Regional Hospice at Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born January 12, 1930 at Winslow, Arkansas the daughter of Theron and Annie Parish Henson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Saint Paul Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orval Perkins on December 20, 1999, three sons, Burl Perkins, Leo Jess Perkins and Paul Wayne Perkins one daugher, Lydia Ann Perkins, and two grandchildren, Pryor Perkins and Keaton Perkins.

Survivors include: nine sons and three daughters-in-law, Timothy Perkins of Crosses, Arkansas, Luke Perkins, Mark Perkins, Harold Perkins, David and Alice Perkins all of Combs, Arkansas, Johnny and Sabrina Perkins of Sonora, Arkansas, Donald and Tina Perkins of Saint Paul, Arkansas, Earl Perkins of Booneville,Arkansas, and Marlin Perkins of Aurora, Arkansas; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Helen and Chuck Aborn of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Mildred and Kenny Shepherd of Hindsville, Arkansas, Marilyn and Kelly Burnett of Combs, Arkansas and Glynda Bennett of Huntsville, Arkansas; twenty-one grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Friday, January 27 in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Kendall Alfaro and Roy Biswell officiating. Interment will be in the Bud Patrick Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net at Huntsville. Pallbearers will be: Timothy Perkins, Luke Perkins, Donald Perkins, Mark Perkins, Harold Perkins and Johnny Perkins. Honorary pallbearers will be: Chuck Aborn, Daniel Bennett, Daniel Perkins and Scotty Shepherd.
